Crédit Agricole allows you to pay online via a Crédit Agricole bank server.
Your bank card number is therefore directed to the bank’s servers, and your payment is made directly to a bank in a secure environment without passing through the shop’s server. This guarantee is all the more important as your bank card numbers and details are known only to our banking partner (Crédit Agricole).
Any order validated by the Customer will not be considered effective until the bank payment centres concerned have given their approval. If the centres refuse, we are not given any explanation. 9. Disputes :
This contract is governed by French law. MOULIN MARICERA cannot be held liable for damages of any kind, whether material, immaterial, including personal injuries, which may result from a malfunction or improper use of the products sold. The same applies to any modifications made to the products by the manufacturers. The liability of MOULIN MARICERA will, in any event, be limited to the amount of the order and it cannot be held liable for simple errors or omissions which may have occurred despite all the precautions taken when presenting the products. In the event of difficulties in the application of this contract, the buyer is entitled, before taking any legal action, to seek an amicable solution, in particular with the help of a professional association in the sector, a consumer association or any other advisor of his/her choice. It should be noted that seeking an amicable solution does not interrupt the “short period” of the legal warranty, nor the duration of the contractual warranty. As a general rule, and subject to the discretion of the courts, compliance with the provisions of this contract relating to the contractual warranty, presupposes that the buyer honours his/her financial commitments to the seller. 10. Warranty :
MOULIN MARICERA guarantees that all the food products selected are made in France. With regard to food products, the Customer must comply with the consumption dates indicated.
In all cases, MOULIN MARICERA cannot be held liable for non-compliance with the regulatory and legislative provisions in force in the country of receipt. MOULIN MARICERA’s liability is systematically limited to the value of the product in question, on its date of sale, with no possibility of recourse against the brand or company producing the product. In any event, the Customer benefits from the hold harmless clause and the legal warranty against hidden defects (Art.1625 et seq. of the French Civil Code). Provided that the buyer can prove the hidden defect, the seller must legally remedy all the consequences (Art.1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
